Added Support for Waking the Tiger DLC

I have done some research into the history and political climate of Ethiopia, and tried to base my tree on events in Ethiopia. There are references to actual places, events, etc, with added alt-history on top of that.

Ethiopia without intervention will lose every vanilla game, this mod gives even the AI a chance to win. The deck is stacked slightly in Ethiopia’s favor, however it is not overly powerful.
