This mod is my first attempt at a full overhaul of HOI4, I know its buggy and that research is a little rough, but with your feedback and help I am sure we can make this mod one of the best of its kind.

The year is 500 AD, the once great Roman Empire lies in ruins, tribes and raiders have come and pillaged all farmlands and global trade has ceased. Rome is burning. Will you restore the republic, conquer under and empire, or stay and pillage as a Germanic Italian chief.

The choice is yours in Shattered Empire.
