Better Politics view
I found that many mods that add new ideologies use a scrollbar with an ugly background, so I edited the politics interface to fix it.

– Unnecessary items and empty space deleted
– Scrollbar for ideologies without ugly background

Compatibility

– Works with any mods that don’t changes same interface file
!!!! Most of major mods (Kaiserreich, Furherreich, Millenium Dawn, etc.) changes same files, so they are incompatible.
Useful mainly for mods with new ideologies.
