Nicer Balkans & Byzantium
This simply edits the "Restore Byzantium" decision and the states involved to better conform to actual Imperial borders on the Danube River by giving provinces to Dobrudja & Serbia, while at the same time removing the requirements to own anymore of Romania or Yugoslavia. This also extends to the Roman Empire decision, which used the same border. I also took the liberty of extending the Egypt & Tunis decision to include states that were out on the frontiers of the Justinian Reconquests.
A couple of minor changes I made include renaming ‘Thrace’ to ‘Edirne’ & ‘Istanbul’ to ‘Thrace’; as well as swapping out the flags for higher quality ones.
