Red Alert Combat Sounds
Ever wish you could bring some more of that alt history nostalgia to Hearts of Iron, courtesy of Westwood?
The "Red Alert Combat Sounds" mod aims to spice up your games just a bit with some changes to most combat sound effects found within Hearts of Iron 4.
Now, combat should remind you and perhaps even take you back to one of PC gaming’s most golden eras that only Westwood’s early Command & Conquer entries did for us. This mod is still a work in progress (I hope to add new sounds where applicable and smooth out any issues encountered).
This mod works best when combined with Xh-Plasam’s two mods "Red Alert Music Mod" and "Red Alert Voice Overs", which can be found below:

I’ve adjusted the construction sounds (the sounds played when placing factories/other improvements) to a much lower volume to be more bearable. I’ve also added a Peace Conference sound effect (You should hear "Mission Accomplished" now when entering Peace Conference).
Again, please let me know if there’s any improvements you would like to see.
