All my Hearts of Iron IV music mods: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197980988903/myworkshopfiles/

This mod is about worldwide classical music, which covers the entire world outside the European continent, and their descendent nations such as Canada, USA, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.

This is the Classical Music Mod Two which includes classical music for Sub-Saharan Africa, East Asia, India, Latin nations for the Americas including Portugal and Spain, and the Middle East or for all Muslim majority nations excepting Albania in Europe. Altogether there are 289 songs in this mod.

Broken down, it comes out to 48 Sub-Saharan African songs, 80 East Asian songs, 45 Indian songs, 43 Latin songs, and 73 Middle Eastern songs. Each has war and peace music, though the majority is on the peace side, since it wasn’t easy to find a lot of heavier, fast paced classical music for wartime.

Yes, some of these nations, especially in Africa are not there at the game start, but they are among the list of tags that can be played within the game if you take a look at the countries page on the Hearts of Iron 4 wiki: https://hoi4.paradoxwikis.com/Countries#List_of_countries

There are two Sub-Saharan African nations at the start, Ethiopia and Liberia. However there are now many others with the Man the Guns DLC that can be released or available in any kind of state if changed with mods. And there are a few out there for these nations. Pakistan also is not there at the game start, but once released, they would get a lot of music since they were part of India, and also Muslim. All of this of course is if you leave weighted on in the in game music player.

I wanted to be able to use both of my classical music mods for playing as Japan, or China, and not have it too breaking of the spirit I’m trying to give with my music mods, where too much European, or other cultures classical songs would play for you. These are regional songs that will immerse the person in the greater cultural area of the world that they are playing in.

Playing as a Muslim nation will grant you music tailored to that greater cultural group/religion. Playing as China, or any other East Asian nation, you will hear East Asian music from Mongolia, China, Japan, Korea, and Siam. The classical music mods are meant to compliment my other music mods which are tailored for individual nations.

These songs are meant to immerse the player into the feel, theme, and setting with cultural group music for your nation. Subtle, mellower music dominates during peace time, and then when at war, louder, more boisterous music then takes over.

The Hoi4 Music Project will have over 3000 songs with originals from 1913 up to the end of the game time of 1948. Many songs will be from the 30s and 40s, but many songs will also be made for the period in question such as from Band of Brothers, or movies like Dunkirk. The entire collection of music has been gathered together for nearly all of the combatants in World War II.

This mod is around 1.8 GB, so make sure you have space. All together, the HOI4 Music Project will be over 10 GB. So it has been broken up into specific regions and alliances such as the UK, Commonwealth, and France all in one. I originally began gathering music back in 2004, and in early 2018 I made it my mission to gather as many as I could to fit together into the ultimate music mod. In total, this was such an ambitious project, that it took me months to gather, and hammer out the bugs I’ve run into.

Let me know if there is an error, like if a song doesn’t play, or has the wrong title attached to it. I’ve done my best to mod and research the songs that are added, to get everything done correctly but something’s may have slipped past.

If anyone feels that there is an essential song missing, please let me know. I am open to suggestions.

Don’t forget to rate it with a thumbs up if you like my mod!
