To improve the look of the vanilla gradient map borders whilst making them more subtle where possible.
- Reduced the thickness of country gradient borders
- Reduced the thickness of state gradient borders
- Reduced the thickness of supply gradient borders
- Reduced the thickness of strategic region gradient borders
- Increased transition distance
