Description:

Do hate see some random dudes leading your non-aligned puppet nation even though its a kingdom? Then this mod is for you! Through decisions you can empower a king to your puppet country or proclaim a personal union.

-added decision for Britain to proclaim a personal union with France
-added decision for Britain to empower King Emmanuel III to the throne of Italy after puppeting it
-added decision to proclaim the Kingdom of Hanover
-added decision to empower Queen Wilhelmina to the Dutch throne
-made sure that Edward VIII and George VI die in every country Britain has a personal union in the correct event
