Tannu Tuva doesn’t have voice lines by default. Tannu Tuva had a large Russian population due to colonial policy under the Tsar, and was later incorporated into the Soviet Union proper and remains a part of the Russian Federation to this day.

This mod adds the Soviet Voice lines to Tannu Tuva
