Description:

This sub-mod allows the Russian Republic to have voices and certain parts of the map are fixed to a more interesting level.

States that are fixed:
-Kiev, Chernihiv, Gomel, Poltava (Ukraine)
-Lomza, Bialystok (Belarus and Poland)
-Armenia, Tao-Klarjet

States added:
-Nagorno Karabakh
-North Schleswig

I added one more state but there will be more as the mod updates.
