Extended 1960 + More Variants
These two mods were incompatible so I merged them together to fix it:

Also removes shackles introduced in the 1960 mod, as well as fixing some bugs that the original author created because he doesn’t know "update" doesn’t mean "change supported version from 1.6 to 1.7 in the descriptior file".
