Tired of seeing useless AI puppets spam dozens upon dozens of divisions? Is your PC melting due to major powers building hundreds of militia units for no purpose? If so, here’s the solution!

Divisions from minors and puppets are always capped at a maximum of 24 divisions; majors are capped at a maximum of 60 divisions; only great powers can increase the cap to a maximum of 120.

* Maximum number of divisions minors can have (whether puppet or not), depending on number of factories = 6, 10, 24

* Maximum number of divisions majors can have, if they are a puppet = 24

* Maximum number of divisions majors can have, if they aren’t a puppet and depending on the number of factories = 46, 60

* Maximum number of divisions selected great powers can have if they aren’t a puppet and control at least 30 (NFA, TRM, CAL, NEE) or 15 states (everyone else), depending on the number of factories = 46, 60, 106, 120
