Tsarevich Improved Version
This mod was originally made by Collins on the steam workshop and it was revived by someone else. I asked him for permission to create my own version and he allowed it. So don’t say i stole the mod, he allowed me to upload it, credit goes to him for the original mod. This is just like the Tsarevich mod in many ways accept i added three new states and multiple factories to allow Russia to resist Germany.
Special Features:
Non-Aligned can boost it’s party, boost other countries and have a free range of rules with no tension buildup.
Note that the focuses as seen in the images are being fixed and properly updated, please be patient.
