Dankest Hour-A Kaiserreich Submod

Please Note: Dankest Hour, like the base version of Kaiserreich absolutely requires that you update to Beta Patch 1.9.1 and will not run properly otherwise. Paradox have released a guide on how to opt-in to this patch, which you should follow so as to be able to play Dankest Hour. There is nothing we can do about this, you just have to do it to play the mod due to issues with 1.9’s interaction with mods.

Additionally, if you are having issues getting the mod to run at all, you likely have an older version of Dankest in your files. The two share a .mod file name and will therefore conflict. As a result nothing loads in. To fix this, simply delete the old mod files.

A: Are you running Dankest Hour with KR? As a submod, you need to run both for things to work.

A: Recipe for Byzantium: 1. Start the monarchy referendum focus without any days saved up. 2. Rig the referendum for the Republic when given the option. 3. Allow the rigging to be caught, triggering Metaxas coup and unlocking the Autocratic tree. 4. Choose to restore the monarchy. 5. Conquer the necessary states in turkey and Bulgaria to unlock the decision to form Byzantium.

Q: How do I get Nat-Pop Canada?
A: You get it by reasserting the royal prerogative and choosing the third option.
