Viktoria is finally back and updated!
It’s still just Victoria, you will get her as by a decision as soon as you’re entering the civil war as germany.

– includes a new Portrait (which I hope isn’t bothering you, since I really dislike the vanilla portrait) #Updated/polished again with 1.11 Update
– it’s available in german and english!

Since the 1.11 Update (V4):
– new Ideas with modifiers (cavalry attack/defense, they are underwhelmingly weak anyway, so why not boost them?) and another option with motorized research boost (second option)
– Viktoria is now available for the high command with the cavalry trait!
