Mod Concept
Vault-Tec Corporation focuses are based on a few main principals.
The first is stability and war support. Many of the focuses in the Vault-Tec tree will add, remove, or require minimum levels of stability and/or war support to be chosen.
The second is that many of the focus options are connected, either buffing or debuffing each other in secret. Some will also have different effects based on what technologies you have researched. The effects that focuses have on each other will never be explicitly stated either, meaning that it will take much trial and error before you get a result you’re proud of. Common sense also helps.
One free example: The Vault 81 focus will give you the Stimpak technology; or if you already have Stimpaks, you instead get 25% x2 bonus to medical technology research. It will also give a hidden bonus to the ‘Updated Vaccination’ focus.

State of the Mod:
The mod is currently in an Alpha v0.6 state, being released to gather feedback on current features. Currently, this nation replaces the Fiends of Vault 3, however with the release of OWB v3.0 expanding to Texas, this nation will move to a location there.
This is very much a work in progress, lacking any unique events; several national focuses don’t do anything either. I’m releasing it at this stage to get feedback from players on the focus tree in it’s current state, as well as basic bug/typo feedback.
