Description:

Make coastal defense ship,panzerschiffe, torpedo cruiser, pre-dreadnoughts, midget submarine and cruiser submarine researchable. Will appear as sub technology of 22 cruiser, 36 cruiser, 40 cruiser, 22 heavy, 36 sub and 40 sub respectively.

***NEW*** updated for AAT and now requires AAT, sorry I don’t plan to maintain a verision without AAT. add bicycle infantry as sub tech of support tech

predreadnoughts and coastal defense ships can now be converted to carriers
