The technology system of HOI IV has taken a step back to the very good system von HOI II. This mod aims to complete this step back.
This mod brings back techteams or construction bureaus that actually do decrease research time significantly. This allows far greater flexibility when researching.
Researching ahead of time is possible again. The malus has be toned down to a similar level of HOI II.
This mod also adds technologies missing in HOI IV from other parts and adds some additional ones.
The new techs have been rebalanced and there are two new buildings.

– Reworked Technology System, Construction Bureaus now actually do decrease reasearch time significantly
– Readded historical years for Doctrines
– New techgroups: Agriculture (6 techs) and Society (21 Techs)
– New Building: Synthetic Rubber Refiniery (7 Rubber)
– The oil refiniery gives 7 oil now, no more rubber
– New Building: Industry Complex, gives 1 military and 1 civilian production
– Kosten von einigen Technologien rebalanced
– Rebalanced concentrated and dispersed industry
– Reworked all Construction Bureaus and many theorists
– 8 new minister types
– Strategic Airzones now state level size
– Halfed Ahead of Time Penalty for research
– AI will research the new techs
– Rebalanced the trade system
– Industrial foci for navy, army and airforce
– New Economy Laws
– Added a new 1936 Multiplayer Scenario. Construction Bureaus are added for every country (because the AI right now has a bug of not selecting them), also added the new techs where it made sense. Further tweaks for balanced multiplayer are planned.
