Units: Expanded, What is it?
This is a simple mod that adds new unit types that add a bit more variety to HOI4 rather than the same old boring divisions that we’ve all seen before.
What’s included:
-Light Infantry – A lighter infantry type, more suited for harsher terrain.
-Garrison – A division actually designed for defending your territory
-Militia – A lesser training, easy to produce infantry
-Home Guard – Infantry better trained in Urban Combat, usually used for home defence or as Reserve Infantry
-Police Infantry – Local Police force to suppress any resistance from occupied nations.
-Armoured Support Companies(Light, Medium, Heavy, Modern) – Supporting armour companies for smaller nations which can not commit full armour battalions to their divisions.
-Heavy Infantry – More elite infantry focused on fortress busting.
Additional support companies(Command Company, snipers, flamethrowers, etc)
-Parts of the code reworked to modify less stuff and be compatible with more mods!
Compatibility:
NOT COMPATIBLE with any mod that adds new technologies in the support folder, and changes OOB’s in the history file, examples:

And more… If any mod is incompatible, it must be given a compatibility patch to work with this mod. To use one, just enable it with this mod. Below is a list of verified mods that make Units Expanded work with incompatible mods.
