Inspired by and some assets used from a mod by FreshCash.

Basically, adds a possibility to split the Soviet Union into all Soviet republics plus Siberia for puppetting purposes.
For German and Japanese conquerers there is an option to have an alternative split along the 70th meridian.

All the newly created countries are nothing special, have a generic Focus tree.

• Supports English and Russian languages
• Decision system support
• Planned and hypothetical Reichscommissariats
• RSFSR is a thing
• Democratic USSR is now Union of Sovereign States
• A custom game rule for Obscene Soviet Union Fragmenration
• Added some flavour names for German and Japanese Soviet puppets.
• Added some flavour names for all SSRs on diferent stages.

Apparentely, not compatible with other mods that change countries and states.
