Description:
Dont use the Continuous National Focus called "NAVAL PRODUCTION" or your production of ships become negative.

You have to research at least one type of ship because the production cost (-99%) work. For example, when you start a game you need to research a destroyer at least once to make the cheat works on all the destroyer, and at least one research for the submarine for all the submarine.

Now you start with 30000 convoys and 5 research slot.
