Due to the size of the coming update, we are breaking the rollout of features into sections that we can manage and bugfix as necessary.

This is the first stage of the beta test for HPL. We are returning to the first days of the mod where it was in a BETA stage and receiving updates every other day.

In this rollout of HPL, we are testing the stability, of Land Doctrines changes, Tech Changes, Division Template Changes, and the new Vehicle System and making sure that they do not crash the game nor cause major issues.

For now we have only enabled Sanacja Ideology in the political tree. Once we are confident everything is stable and balanced, we will move on to unlocking the rework of SN and Endecja in the second rollout of new features. This will then be followed with a rework to the HOI4 AI to make it provide a bigger challenge and act in a more historical manner.

Your patience, assistance, and bug reports will help us bring the full version of HPL to release more quickly over the coming next few days.

-Updated code for 1.10.2 patch compatibility
-Fixed Tech: Pneumatic Tires requiring the year 1942 instead of 1936
-Fixed Tech: Artillery Barrel Design & Reliability being 1939 instead of 1931
-Fixed a few cold war tech requirements in the artillery tree
-Fixed Internationalism focus not being bypassed by Budget Reform focus
-Fixed some critical issues with the Czech starting OOB
-Other small bug fixes and localization improvements.
