Description:

Gives minor nations a chance to further develop their civilian and military industry through the National Focus tree.

– Adds two more levels of Construction Focus, each giving 3 civilian factories.
– Adds two more levels of Armament Focus, level 4 giving 2 military factories and level 5 giving 3.
– Adds an alternative to Technology Sharing for those whose nations are not in factions with great powers.
– Rearranges tech tree in order to make room for the additions

Should be compatible with both TFV and vanilla. Please let me know if you’re having compatibility problems with either.
