Easier Diplomatics actions with AI

I created a simple, little mod, that resolve one question i’m always asking myself when i’m playing HOI4 : Why does other fascist countries never join Axis ? And Paraguay, he never joins comintern ! And why can’t i invite anyone into my non-aligned faction ?
This mod solves everything. Now, every country has a base 45 acceptance for diplomacy from it ideology, so now, when world tension rises up, countries that didn’t went neutral in their focus tree will join the Alies, fascist countries will join Axis and Communist countries will join Comintern ! More countries ready to fight !
