– Compatible with other my submods

Changes:

-New portraits and new leaders of Russian Empire and Soviet Russia from first submod
-New focus tree for Soviet Russia
-New ideas for Russia
-New events for Russia
-New model of Russian infantry unit [[spoiler] thanks, Kaiserreich [/spoiler]
-Several commanders were removed, since they did not conduct active combat operations
