Are you annoyed that your favourite monarchist system (which let’s be honest is terrible) cannot puppet other nations, force government, send volunteers or boost party popularity? So was I, so I fixed it. Now you can! This might be the simplest mod in existence!
It turns out the mod didn’t work because another mod was also changing the 00_ideologies file! So, if the mod doesn’t work for you, check ALL of your mods for incompatibilities!
Incompatible with mods that alter the "00_ideologies.txt" file!
