This mod changes the Australian Focus Tree so that the AI is more receptive to your requests. Further, the territorial expansion foci grant you the territory and make it core. As facist Australia come to rule a large pacific empire of 80 million people from which to draw your manpower. This is 10x the manpower usually availible to Australia.
