This Mod adds the possibility to make every country in HOI4 to a "Reichskommissariat" with a unique flag in style of the german "Reichskriegsflagge".

i made a new "version" of this mod. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1364447840
it works now with the decision-system and you can change it back to normal
