Description:

Does not work with ironman

This mod allows Germany to become fascist while still keeping the Kaiser.

To do so, go down the usual "Oppose Hitler" route.
Instead of choosing "Return of the Kaiser", choose "A Fascist Kaiser". After that, a chain of three decisions are unlocked. Go through them and an event finally lets you become Fascist while keeping the Kaiser/Kaiserin (Wilhelm II, Wilhelm III and Victoria)
