Better gameplay – coring states
Hello there,
i’ve made mod which provides coring like EU4.
For political power and some time, you can core province and unlock state manpower.
Cost of coring is based on state population, for example:
Warszawa: 196 pp
Paris: 256 pp
Bohemia: 217 pp
