Description:

In my eyes, the radio technology should not only improve communication between divisions (reinforce rate), but also communication inside divisions (for HoI 4 organisation).

UPDATE: Significantly lowered base Organization of tanks and (mobile) Infantry, as the overall goal was not to raise organization (and thereby make battles longer), but to make radio a more valuable tech.
