Cheaper+More Infrastructure v2
This is a re-creation of my previous mod, updated to 1.5 after I lost the original files when my hard drive failed.
This mod does three things
1. It significantly reduces the cost for most all buildings
2. allows non-factory building costs to be influenced by infrastructure levels as per factories
3. make the number of factory slots a region can support increase with its infrustructure level
As this mod only modifies the 00_building file this should be combatable with most mods;
Note: I will only update this if there is a change to the 00_Building file or a error with the mod
