Actual Nukes

Sorry, I didn’t ask you for permission… Just wanted to use the mod again 🙂
Update: Edited the loss of manpower in the affected state from 500k to 75k to reflect more historically acurate details (or however you call it).
Minimum damage down to 80% (from 90) and max damage up to to 125% (from 120)
As soon as I have more time I will make it more realistically.
