100x Military & Doctrine
This mod was inspired by something Rimmy said at the end of his 1000x mod.

So in my quest to appease the Spider-King (Get it cause He’s Australian and Australia has big spiders and so- oh forget it) I made this catastrophe. Anyway, the mod changes ONLY the military advisors and technologies (I would have changed the individual units but I don’t know how). As well, I buffed manpower just to make the wars all the more bloody. On top of that I buffed the Prince of Terror Advisor to give 20% non-core manpower instead of 2%. (So countries like Germany, who by the late game usually doesn’t have enough manpower will get more from their conquered provinces and Czechoslovakia). I boosted manpower quite a bit, so that the ol’ trick of burning through the enemies manpower isn’t as useful anymore. I mean Scraping the barrel is 125% now, so you’re presumably conscripting the cows or something. An image of a cow kissing it’s family goodbye before heading off to service just popped in my head. I’m getting off track aren’t I?
I only went with 100 instead of something like 1000, for two reasons. Number one lag, when numbers start to break the the fourth digit, the game or rather the engine wasn’t built to handle such huge integers and chugs. Number Two sanity, the thing is that, for example planning speed; with a thousand times it will usually loop all the way around, passing the highest integer the engine can register for something like that and end up as a negative number. Meaning it quite literally take forever to plan anything. At least that’s what I think happens.
