Lower XP for officers 25%
This is a small mod that lowers the amount of XP that is needed by Generals, Field Marshals and Admirals.
With this your army and naval leaders will level up and skill up a lot faster then in the base game.
The current reduction stats at 25% of the original value
EG rank 1 to rank 2 takes 75XP rather then 100XP.
Rank 8 to rank 9 takes 19200XP rather then 25600XP.
This also effects the rate of the trait unlocks;
EG To unlock the Cavalry trait you now need 750XP rather then 1000XP
(providing you have the requirement of 40% cavalry in that army corps.)
This mod affects both the player and AI generals.

Not achivement compatible
