Make Mexico Great Again!
This Mod aims to deliever a more flavored, balanced, and detailed Mexico in Hearts of Iron 4
When Paradox sends their Mexicans they are not sending their best!!!
Mexico is not an incredibly fun nation to play in the game since it lacks a lot of the flavor, military momentum, or resources that other countries have. In an effort to create a more rich experience for Mexico, not available in the game (or in the workshop) as of the posting of this mod. I decided to do some research about the country circa WII and see if the country is as lackluster as the game portrays it.
To my surprise, there is plenty going on in Mexico around this time, and very little in the game reflects that. Huge reforms and economic development were occurring in the country at the time. Added to that, the country had begun the process of bolstering its academics and expanding access to higher education. Albeit, the country was by no means a world power, or even had a significant industrial backbone; however, it can definitely have the strength to become a player in a world of conflict under the right hands!
– Slightly increased resource base to better reflect historical values
