Mac Quebec and Americas
This is my personnal mod mainly for Québec which is an independant country in this mod, but also for anything that I feel makes the game more enjoyable as there isn’t frequent updates from developpers. It includes a lot of old material from Zeress’s Canada mod (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=709290113&searchtext=better+canada) since I didn’t know how modding worked before.
This mod includes:

-New events in South America
-New factions for Central and South American countries
-New states for Québec to represent real life
-83 focuses for Québec
-Special focus tree to expand in Latin America
-Special focus tree for communism with new bonuses to make it worth
-Special focus tree for fascism with an angle about catholicism in québec and the world
-Usual political, industrial, military and navy trees
-Added victory points for multiple cities in Québec

Compatibility issue with the mod "Increased Ressources"
I update this mod frequently about once per week with new stuff when I feel like it. I wouldn’t recommend running this mod as your first time with friends, first experiment with it and see what you can impact as there are focuses adding ideology drifts to different countries.
