What is this?
After a success of my country manpower mods i decided to do better manpower mod. Now you can have unlimited manpower in the any country (even in Tibet).
How it work?
It increase recruitable population and make population bigger by choosing conscription law. AI can’t use this.
How to use?
At the beginning of the new game you will be asked if you want to set a Total Conscription law.
You can also choose it by clicking on conscription law.
You can stop it by changing actual conscription law.
Combability
Works with other mods. Tested with The Road To 56.
