Ideologies rebalanced
This mod rebalances the ideologies in game with strong focus on non-aligned:
All factions can now guarantee other ideologies
All factions except for democratic can now boost other ideologies
Democratic:
-Democracies now need 80% tension to guarantee – see my other version if you want it to stay as in vanilla
Non-aligned:
-Wargoal justification tension requirement has been removed
-Can puppet defeated countries
-Can force governments
-Can send volunteers without WT
-Can join factions and guarantee from 25% WT
-Can be boosted
-Can switch to war economy / extensive conscription / service by requirement during peace time just as fascist/communist
Lend lease was set back to 25% WT as due to some misterious reasons non-alligned nations were lend-leasing huge amounts of equipment to communist spain which led to their victory in the civil war every time.
