Hello and guten Tag to my European Union Overhaul. After my "european generals for EU"-mod went quite successful i thought i could expand this idea a bit more.
you can now form the EU in a diplomatic way, just be allied with the founding-nations (GER, FRA, LUX, BEL, HOL. ITA), u get a unique national spirit and ur parties get new names.

i also added some more EU-specific-decisions

• claim all european states and get cores on them
• diplo-annex any european country when u are allied with them
• The Euro, boost ur economy+ unique National spirit
• move ur capital to one "important" other original EU-City
