Updated/Rehashed version of Millennium Dawn More Variants, by MrBlazzar, which was based on this mod, which was based on this mod

Updated to the June 2019 Millennium Dawn Patch, so, obviously, you’ll need that mod.

• Cap raised from 5 to 99.
• Transport Planes can now be upgraded (Engine, Range, and Reliability)

• Include a way to reduce Production Cost.

• Update helicopters possible to upgrade.
• Make the two stats associated with AA equipment to be non-redundant.
• Make ships possible to upgrade.
