Novum Vexillum
This mod spans the modern era from 2000 to 2032, built on the 2018 Millennium Dawn files. It serves as an enhanced version with modernized features while preserving the streamlined, vanilla-inspired feel of the original and most popular Modern Day mod. It also includes full DLC compatibility, including support for the Man the Guns ship designer.
It is advised to disable Content Creator Pack – Soviet Union 2D Art DLC as some icons will be incorrect to the intended usage.

Delete DocumentsParadox InteractiveHearts of Iron IVmod but backup your saves first
Re-subscribe to the mod.
Go to launcher options and select direct x9, it is default direct x11.
This will resolve the issue.
