Description:

This is an alternative history scenario where Austria-Hungary won the Great War and became the world biggest super power. The mod contains lot’s different focus trees and events for multiple different major and non-major countries. This is a Beta build of the mod, which will last until the 6th of October 2019.

Please note that:

It is 1918 and the Weltkrieg has been going on for four years. The people are desperate to see an end to the war.
The Austro-Hungarian Army managed to push into Italy after Russia surrendered in March 1918. The Italians surrendered when the Austro-Hungarians captured Venice a few weeks later.
The severely weakened Ottoman Empire eventually surrendered in November 1918 after being pushed out of Iraq and Syria.
The Bulgarians managed to hold the Allies in Greece until February 1919 before they were also overwhelmed. But they refused to sign an armistice.
In May 1919 the Austro-Hungarians crossed the border into France. That was enough for the entire country to explode into chaos. There was were widespread riots, strikes and mutinies.
Soon afterward the Germans launched an offensive which broke the trench warfare on the Western Front, which let to a Second French Revolution. And when the Germans captured Paris in October 1919, the new French Commune surrendered. A day later the remainder of the Triple Entente or Allies asked the Germans and Austro Hungarians for an armistice.
The world then changed drastically.
The central powers (containing Germany, Austria-Hungary and Bulgaria) forced the Allies to sign the Treaty of Vienna in January 1920.
France became a communist regime and formed an alliance with the USSR.
Italy was utterly destroyed and lost lots of its territory, their independence and colonial empire.
Germany remained a kaiserreich. But there was an increasing support for the democratic Zentrumpartei.
Austria-Hungary was forced to abandon their old authoritarian empire and became a constitutional monarchy with most of the power handed over to the Reichsrat, the Parliament.
The relations between the two old allies declined massively. They both had their territories of the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. Bulgaria gained a lot of territory and remained a tsardom.
The Ottoman Empire however faced disaster. Because they had already surrendered to the hands of the Entente in November 1918, the remaining Central Powers didn’t feel like the Ottomans should be given their territory back. So countries as Greece and Iraq were allowed to keep their gained territories.
The British suffered too. They lost their African Colonies and many of their Pacific Islands. The Austrians got former Italian Libya and Somalia, British Somaliland and French Djibouti. The rest formed Deutsch Mittelafrika, besides Algeria, Egypt (including Sudan), Morocco and Tunisia, as they got their independence. The Germans were the Dominant power in the Pacific, while the Austrians took parts of Indochina, British Malaya and Hong Kong.
Shortly afterwards the Germans focuses on building a powerful and large navy to rule and protect their empire, while the Austrians focused on keep their empire alive.
