KR – Ottoman Rumelia
This is just a simple mod I made for Kaiserreich for anyone who just wants to conquer the Balkans as the Ottoman Empire and get a reward from it. Historically there were a number of Turks who settled in the Balkans and had a sizable presence so it made sense that they could be incorporated into the Ottoman Empire. There were also a number of converts in Albania and Bosnia that enjoyed Ottoman rule.
This mod allows you to core the states outlined in the picture above via decisions. All you have to do is conquer them and the decisions will become avaliable.
