Non-Core States to Core States (also for AI)
This is the version of this mod that also enables it for AI. Please look in the collection for the version that only enables it for the player.
If you have both this and one of the other two versions of this mod, only use one at a time.
This mod adds one event which turns non-core states into core states, which gives 100% manpower and access to all factories from conquered land. It will fire shortly (1-2 months) after annexing lands in a peace conference.
This mod should be compatible with most other mods as it only adds one event. You can activate it for existing save games. It should also be forwards compatible with newer game versions.
This should now be compatible with Millennium Dawn, Old World Blues, Kaiserreich, and Fuhrerreich, etc. If there is a mod you’ve played and this doesn’t work with it, let me know and I’ll make it work.
