Hearts of Anime 2 is a graphical overhaul for HoI4 aiming for an immersive anime
feel. Originally a successor mod for Toastland’s Hearts of Anime, it has diverged
into a project that does much more.
The core of the mod (anime portraits for all nations) is already complete, though
changes and additions may come in the future.
This mod changes the names of the characters to help with immersion. It also
contains decisions for picking a favored portrait. However, this comes at a cost of
the mod not having Ironman compatability.
