Stan Lee (Stalin US)
Stan Lee has decided to join his Rival Mr Hilt in the Land of Opportunity. As a Proud Georgian people have quickly come to see him as a true American. His legitimacy as a Georgian is no doubt appealing to many americans. Little do they know its not the same Georgia as the state.
In this mod an event has been added for Stalin to come to the United States together with a decision to make the state of Georgia the capital, however if you manage to conquer the Country of Georgia in the Caucasus it will instead put it there.

stanlee_test.1 – 5 activates different things to test. .2 is change party popularity .3 is party in control .5 is add 1000 political power and .4 is ownership over the Country of Georgia.
