Custom Training Time V1.5
For some reason it wouldn’t update the other addon, so this is the new one right here.
There are decisions to reduce division training time from 10% Less Training Time to 90% Less Training Time.
However the reason this is V1.5 is because I could not complete the Reduced Naval Preperation Time category, because I do not know the name of the effect to reduce it, if there is one at all.
