[1.10.1] Improved Spy Slots & Upgrades
With the release of La Resistance and the new Espionage system, I personally felt that operatives were very important part of espionage, but you didn’t get that many at all! I decided to fix this and instead of keeping it personally and not releasing it, I figured some other people would like to try it out.
You can get 7 operatives from the new research in the agency branches alone, with basegame additions you can get around 9-10.
This isn’t really meant to be balanced but I wanted to make sure the number of operatives was reasonable and you would still have to pay a good amount of factories, if you guys have any suggestions on possible spy upgrades comment them and I will see if I can add them!

You need to delete the UGC files in DocumentsParadox InteractiveHearts of Iron IVmod folder and resubscribe to the mod on steam.

Check if you have any overhaul mods like Road to 56 or Kaiserreich. Many big overhaul mods will not work with this mod due to fact they change how the intelligence agency upgrades work.
