I have updated the Better States Mod to Version 1.9.*

I had to get rid of some states but i’ve added some new like (more coming soon):
-City of Danzig
-Suez Canal

Comment if you have ideas for new states

This is my first try so i don’t know how properly this works.
There are no error logs so i hope it works.

I do not have Permission from the owner of the mod.
If he want me to delete this from here i will do it.
He can also use this to update the original mod.
